OUR HISTORY
EMRICH Victory Plastering founder, Ricardo Loaiza, at the age of 16, immigrated to The United States from Colombia
with a simple but bold goal: to build a better future with integrity.
Ricardo, also known as Richy, graduated from UCF and has been in the industry for more than 18 years. We remain true to our founding values of quality, honesty, and hard work. We have the highest ethical standards in the industry with our mantra “do the right thing.”

We truly believe in the stucco Industry and support the application of this amazing product: The Structa Wire System. Over time we have learned every stage of this system and have mastered all installation techniques.

This is why we are the first in the Central Florida region to improve the new application of the Structa Wire System in residential market. We are currently using the product in all our new houses and our performance is very successful.
